Microsoft Business Contact Manager with outlook2003/7

Has anyone had any experience with this program? im at a loss as to see how its installed, run and shared with other users.

Im guessing its some client side software (Outlook 2003/7) that calls data from a central source (BCM)? if so is this source from the exchange server or a seperate SQL server?

How many clients can use or view the BCM? i read somewhere that a maximum of 5 can be shared. We probably have around 20 or so people that will need access to the BCM.
