Until now I've always used SQL or Access datbases for clients. I picked up a new client that only has MySQL capability with their current host. I don't know the first thing about MySQL. All I need to do is setup a very simple database with 3 tables and connect to it on their server so I can use it on some webpages. Can anyone tell me if I have to buy something to create an MySQL database and work with it? Any links to code on how to write programming to update/add new records would also be appreciated.
