Unwanted 404s in the logs

The number of unwanted exploit requests that end up as unwanted 404 entries in the access logs keeps increasing by the day.

To get rid of these from the logs, we did a few re-directs. For example now any request to /system32/ to re-direct to another valid file in our server.

I know system32 is by far the most popular.
What are the other popular exploit directories to block?
