Ok have a quick question here, theres a site and its just changed its domain to our sites ip so that now when people visit their site they get directed to our site. Was wondering if there was anyway to stop this, talking to the admin of the other site is out of the question as we don't get on. So basically we have a domain pointing to our ip and want to stop it...

As for technical ways to stop it: if you have control over your Web server configuration, you can set up Name Virtual Hosts. That way, hits to their domain will be directed to a different page.
Or you can change your own IP. If course, if they're doing this intentionally, that won't help for long.
I don't know if there's anyone you can contact to get the other guy's DNS changed.
