Hosting media files

I'd like some advice on off-site hosting options for audio and video files.

We currently use Flash Video, MP3 files and MPG/MPEG files on our Web site. The files reside on our Web server. Some of these media files are quite large. In addition, we do not want to hurt the performance of our network by hosting and streaming these files on our Web server. I am interested in having these media files hosted off-site. What are your recommendations?

If you just look for plain "bytes traffic", it might be hard to find someone. If you are willing to share "eyeballs traffic", there are some hosters out there! I am one of them... however, just "bytes traffic" is nobodys friend!
