I'm looking for a tool that will read my 30.000 + html documents and will make them search engine friendly without braking links. The idea is that it will change the title, the file-name , add meta tags , create headers, change directory names, etc.
Please point me to a tool that can do this kind of work.

Thanks a lot for your reply. After researching a bit on CMS , I believe they are the perfect solution for me.

What open source CMS should I use that will be able to index/convert my current HTML pages and that is search engine friendly?
