My webhost recently adopted the Spamhaus network to try and combat spam. The results is that now my company cannot send out email, we keep getting blacklisted.
We do not send out spam, and we do not have a machine sending out spam through a virus. Rather, we use custom software that allows the entire sales team to send out mail via one email address.
I Keep taking our IP off of the spamhause list, but it keeps cropping back up.
Does anyone know how IP's are marked on this list, and how to go about fixing it? to be honest, i thought the spamhaus page got a little too technical with the intent of being vauge.
