autorun a disk based web

Hi everyone - it's been a while since I posted anything, but I am sure someone has the answer to this.

I have never created a disk based web site and am wondering how you autorun the index page upon insertion of the disk so the user does not hae to go to My Computer>Disk Drive>index.htm to start viewing the site. Any help would be appreciated.
