How would I go about banning a list of proxys guys is there an up todate list I can use or anything like that?

Probably not.

You can ban any IP address, or range of addresses with your .htaccess file. Go find a list of IP's by country and start from there.

There are several companies that sell lists of IP addresses broken down by country and whether or not they are associated with proxies. You subscribe to a service so you get monthly updates.
