My company makes a free, encrypted p2p application that allows users to browse each other's shared folders on each other's harddrive. Unfortunately, however, 5% of our users run into problems when trying to run the software because their routers need some tweaking (usually it's simply adding a "rule")...which brings me to my question, we want to be able to fix people's problems from our own office using one of those remote PC control solutions (in the past we walked users through steps over the phone, a real nightmare!).

If you have any recommendations let me know, you can post them here (any pricing would be greatly appreciated).

There are many solutions for this, including Webex, GotoMyPC, Sunbelt Remote Administrator, WebDialogs, etc.

I use the Sunbelt product in our office because we own it. It's a bit intrusive for other people to install on theirs, but we like it.

Any of the WebEx type of products will work as well.
