Hello there,

Many of my users can not login when using a proxy server.

And to make matters worse if I keep refreshing my pages via a proxy server, it can crash my site!

Is there a possibility that I can stop the proxy from caching my site, by making the headers say the date is last month and therefore the proxy will have to update the page?

From a business machine I can login to hotmail and other login enabled websites. What are they doing that I'm not?

Is there something I should try?

Cheers,
Steven.

You could try using Cache-Control HTTP Headers [mnot.net]. It doesn't sound like the meta tags alone will suffice in most cases.
