What Type Of Database?

What Type Of Database? MySQL , ASP , JSP or PHP

Sorry But I'm new in this business .
I'm supposed to make a website which takes a user Enquiry about 2 objects. each Object is listed in it's Own Table , So I'm Enquiring in 2 diffirent Tables.

The point is I still haven't chosen what company to host with so I'm still flexable about the Operating system. But what kind of database shall I use?
I'm familiar with each one of the main databases but each on it's own without getting involved in the internet business .SQL , MySQL , Access ?or any other suggestions?

PLEASE Advice for someone with imtermidiate knowledge about databases!
