Long story short is I need to test out a php script that blocks the UK. But I'm not anywhere near the UK so testing it is kind of hard.

I was thinking a simple solution would be to find a proxy like, "proxify" but based somewhere in the United Kingdom.

I've spent about 2 hours searching google from everything of..
IP UK, Proxy UK, Proxy GB and about a ton of other variations.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of services (mostly commercial) like GeoIP that let you determine roughly a user’s location based on IP. That won’t catch users running through a non-UK proxy but it’ll get most of them.

Out of interest, why? As a UK resident I’d get quite annoyed at being banned from a site :)

It's the politics of people within my industry. Lots of back-stabbing, etc.

Since I don't directly earn any money from the UK... But we are competition for the same market share.... And I can't hope to find out all the players... It's just easier to block the entire United Kingdom.
-----------
But I've got the script and the ip locator software installed. I just want to TEST IT. But I'm not in the UK so it's kind of hard to test.

Oops, I misread your original question.

I can certainly test for you if you sticky me a URL (don’t post it here as link drops aren’t appreciated). That’ll do you as much good as testing via a proxy - it’ll test your system from one IP only.

Thanks so much for the offer.
But I'm probably going to have to do this several times.
So I may as well find the proxy.

It's actually kind of weird because I have found...
Canada, United States, Neatherlands, Belgium even what looks like China!

But nothing in the UK.
Are proxies ilegal in GB?

The only thing I have found is this site... <removed>

And after literally clicking on everything in that page...
I still have yet to find any place to input a URL.

Oh well..
I'm stupid and I admit it.

Proxies are legit, but I’ve no idea where you’d find one.
