Test SSL

Self-signing for testing purposes.

I'm using IIS. Is there a way to self-sign a certificate for testing purposes? I'd like to hear all the options:

1) Installing Certificate services
2) OpenSSL w/ IIS?
3) other?

OpenSSL is trivial to use. They have a CA script built in that you can use to self-sign certificates.

We do it all over the place on proofing servers to fully test secure websites.
