phpadsnew and tribalfusion?

I'm new to banner ad networks and banner management.
I'd like to run the tribal fusion ads and have it be managed through phpadsnew.

I thought I could just paste the rich media javascript snippet TB provided and create an 'html' format banner in phpadsnew, but it doesn't work.

What am I doing wrong?
