Adding internal site search to create spiderabel content

The idea is to add internal search to my site so the visitors could search for terms they might not find at the first glance. There are several scripts out there but it should contain the statistics part so I can find overlooked search phrases and build content around them.

The second part of the idea is to automatically create static spiderable html pages from these search results thereby adding more content to my website. I'm not very sure how this can be done (mod rewrite?) so your ideas are welcomed :)
