Hosted Email Form Providers?

Looking for recommendations on email form providers

I have a client who hosts with a company with poor CGI support. We had been running their email forms off of our cgi-bin, but I want to get away from that.

I took a quick look at [another form provider] which looks fine, but I was wondering if anyone else has experience with this and has some good or bad stories to tell?
