Mod rewrite on Netscape-Enterprise

There are a few threads that I have read but with no answer that would give a yes or no.

We have clients that have urls as long as your arms and they are not getting picked up by most spiders, but they are running on Netscape-Enterprise

Anyone know if this can be done?
