Drop down or pop-up menu login box

I want to create a pop-up menu that drops down when a "login" button is onMouseOver. So it drops down into two textboxes and stays while you enter your username/pass. Then there is a "Go" submit button off to the side of the menu.

Ever heard of this, is it possible? Know how to do it?
