Need help with the Flickr API

I am having some troubles understanding how to use the Flickr API. I am trying to use the api to put photos of a certain tag on my website using: flickr.photos.search

After inputing my specified arguements a url is created:
http#//api.flickr.com/services/rest/?method=flickr.photos.search&tags=baseball

Now what exactly do I do with the url to get the photos from the above example on my website.

Please understand I am a newbie with api and have no real coding experience.
