Hi, we are running an email newsletter that we send out to 9000+ subscribers once per month. A couple of days ago somebody abused our server and sent spam emails to millions of addresses. The thing is that this guy used our server, this means, the sender's address has our domain! Could you please tell us what to do to prevent such attacks?

Are you sure the guy accessed your server? It's *really* easy to fake whatever addresses you want in the From an Reply-To fields of an e-mail.
Spammers will often pick some unsuspecting site and use its domain on their e-mails without ever actually using the site's servers at all.
