How to Block users by geographical location?

Any tools or code which I can use to avoind users accessing my site if they are Non - USA? Basically I need this for my phpBB forums.

The reson is I run YPN Ads on the sites so I don't want to loose it.

you need to look into the .htaccess file and using restriction based on IP addresses
