I have over 300 urls, all with the same content on them, except for the words (city or state name). Basically just targeted marketing based upon urls and content for people in their local towns to find what their looking for their own search terms. I'm looking for a way to automate changes to them, eg load them from templates from one server, that will change the state or city name autoatically, but have identical content as the others. Is this possible, if so how?

You could pretty easily whip something up in PHP with a MySQL db. check PHPBuilder for basic tutorials on using PHP and ask away if you need more specific help.
