Calculating data/response times

Does anyone know of any websites, software or shareware that will track latency times.

I need to check data/response times from the seconds it leaves our server to the time it comes back.

From where/to where? The figure will be different depending on your location in the world and the network that you're on.

Keynote is the 500-lb gorilla for this service. You pick a city you want to measure from, and they do it. It's usually $$$, though.
