Dynamic generation of keyword-relevant pages

I have been trying to find out how to use the search term typed in by the user to dynamically generate a page and URL that is relevant to their search.
For example:

If someone types in "cheap flight to new york via paris" I want to be able to dynamically generate a page with the search term in the heading and content relating to the search term (which could simply be about flights to new york) and which lives on a URL that looks something like this:

domain/cheap-flight-newyork-paris

There must be someone out there who can tell me if and how it can be done and whether or not it is ethical/white hat

It is not ethical.

These pages add nothing to the Web, and the SE's have gotten reasonably good at ferreting them out. It was a hot tactic a year or two ago. Fading now (I think). There was one big shopping engine in particular that was doing this like crazy and it was all over the SERP's. Been a while since I've seen those kinds of pages rise to the top though, and I'm pretty sure that if the SE's get wind of it, they will boot the pages or the entire site. Not certain of that though. Others know more about this than I do.

One thing I can say for sure. This is the opposite of the sort of site/page that the SE's want to feature in the SERP's. They want to feature original, useful, content.

Stronkie, no offence but I hope you don't succeed. There is more than enough scraper cr@p and useless sites on the Internet without you adding to them.

Can't you just provide a site with useful content? The search engines will love you for it.
