it's about 50Mb and allows you to either boot Linux in a virtual environment from within Windows, or boot directly from the usb key/thumb drive
in addition, i recommend using True Crypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/) and make a portion of your USB key into a secure partition. True Crypt also has the ability to automatically load the drivers when you insert the USB key so that you can moutn your secure partitions from any computer :-)
