I've this problem with mail server, what i need to do is create few mailing address dynamically (using some programming language). But unforunately i haven't been able do it.
I don't know where to put my problem. So, plz any web-guru have any suggestion plz reply to my post. My mail server is using qmail. I've heard some dll is needed to do it, but which dll?

Unfortunately, until you share some additional details about what you're trying to do, it will be difficult for anyone to help you.
It's clear you are using QMail which suggests a *nix server. But not much else is clear...
What are you trying to accomplish? Perhaps explaining why you are trying to do whatever you're trying to do will be helpful too.
You certainly can create addresses dynamically with qmail. It's just a matter of creating .qmail files in the relevant home directory of the domain user.
It doesn't require anything special - just write priviledges to the home directory in question. If you give us more details, as Mr. Dave requested, I can give you a better answer.
