PHP Sessions for multilingual site

Google doesn't like other languages at all... it seems

Hello

I set up a multilingual website using PHP. The user has the possibility to switch between the languages but when he first visits the website, het automatically gets the language of his browser settings.

I realized that google is picking up one language version quite well, but the others are completely ignored. I know that google (and other search engines) don't really like sessions, but why is it spidering one language and not the others? Does googlebot specify a certain language when spidering the web or does it check out my website with multiple language settings?

thanks a lot

I have no idea as to how Googlebot reacts to a multi-language site, sorry. Hopefully, some of our members have encountered this problem and can help.

It seems to me that submitting the URL of a page or two from each of the "different language versions" of your site might encourage the little critter though. It can't hurt!
