Forwarding secure data

what happens after the encrypted page?

If I have a secure form on a site (https) that's used for uploading info, what is the best way to then forward that info to the desired recipient?

I could get the server to email it but then it's not secure, right? Unless I used something like PGP (?) but that would require the (very non-technical) recipient to do stuff (install key), right?

What about getting the server to convert the form data to a downloadable format (say a text file) and then giving the recipient a log-in point to a https page where they can download it? Is the download encrypted?

Comments on whether this sounds like a reasonable solution, or suggestions of an alternative would be most appreciated.

Also, the instantssl certificates seem much cheaper than others, has anyone used them and if so, any comments good or bad?
