Mmmm more pixels to work with. Just for interest sake does anyone know what percent of Web users still use 640x480? I mean is it still necessary to make websites compatible with that Stone Age resolution?

Screen resolution means nothing if the visitor does not run their browser full screen. 1024 may simply mean that there are more smaller windows open at the same time
