How to get Japanese on Win2000 Pro?

Does anyone know how to get Japanese language support on Win200 Pro, *without* the installer CD?

It's meant to be built in, but Acer uses its own version and does not supply a full version of Win200 Pro on CD (only a recovery cd), so I'm a bit stuck!

Tried downloading the global 5.02 file from MS, but it won't run on Win200.

If you paid for Win2K with the cost of the computer, go yell at the people you bought it from. "I paid for 2K and it ain't complete! I need Japanaese! It's part of 2K! Your sales stuff said I get 2K, not abbreviated 2K!" Beat 'em out of an installer CD.
