Google has no record of it at all, and my site tracker says it's visited my site 28 times in the last couple of days and hit 558 pages. It has no host or user agent, no reverse DNS lookup is possible etc. etc.

What is it?

It's UK2.Net in the United Kingdom - according to their host entry they are the "UK's biggest host".

That strikes me as very odd indeed.

UK2.net used to be my old host. I can't think why they'd be spidering me. Could it be from site on one of their virtual servers?

Are you sure they are "spidering" you? Could be forwards setup from your old IP -
