Transfer hosts

Hello,

I am about to switch hosts (add another account to my same host)and would like to know of the best way to do so with out upsetting Google. Currently I have one domain pointing to a sub-domain on another account. When I am on a folder inside of this domain, it shows the sub-domain status. (www.domain2.domain1.com/shop) instead of www.domain2.com/shop...

Is there an easier way to fix this? I am on the first page of google and getting great traffic so I would hate to do this wrong and lose that spot for a while.

I might just be doing some minor thing wrong but I can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Nope, I've read this lots of times and I'm still not sure of the issue here. Could you perhaps try to explain again, maybe someone will chip in?
