Cold Fusion & ASP

I have a client who has a site written in ColdFusion and they want to check login status on every page. I have an ASP cookiecheck page created to do this. Is there any way to put an include file in a ColdFusion file or any way to have a ColdFusion file process VBScript ASP?

Why not just use CF's application.cfm and session ability?
