What are good ways people have found to get people to bookmark the homepage of your site, a text link in the copy calling a bit of code? A reminder, icon, certain wording?
Would be nice to be on peoples bookmarks as well as through google!

The best way, IMHO, is to offer fresh and unique content. If your site is invaluable to users, they will bookmark without being prompted. A "Bookmark Us!" link is nice, too.

It really and truly is all about content. If I find it, and like what I found, I'll bookmark it.
