Will robots still be able to follow links properly?

Long time reader, first time post:

Ok, here kind of a stupid question. This is more of a technical issue, but if anyone here has any experience with it please jump in.....I'm installing a link tracking script and was wondering if googlebot / any other SE spider will still be able to follow links normally with it installed.....The script looks something like this:

For tracking external (outgoing) links:

[mydomain.com...]

For tracking internal (within my site) links:

[mydomain.com...]

We're not ignoring you DumbDumb, honest! Welcome aboard! :)

Frankly, I'm uncertain as to Google's reaction to these URLs. They were reported to be followed routinely most of last year, but late in the year Google announced "get rid of session IDs" to insure spidering...

I'm involved with one site (fairly new, not well established) that uses a few of these URLs and the logs indicated that Google was not following them so I revised them to replace the "?" with "/". So far, they still don't appear to be followed.

Anyone?

Thanks....

Thats what I was afraid of....DAT BLAME IT!....

Enough for me to revert all links back to original syntax....:-(
The extra stats would have been nice, but not being in Googles data base (search) or what ever it's called would have sucked....
