What user agent would "AWARELockDown2001" be, anyone know? The host
IP traces back to ls4689-s0.metpolice.router.uk.quza.net, which is, ah,
"interesting".

My guess is that it's a proxy server

UK Gov't offices are their biggest client - It wouldn't suprise me if that is bot looking for sites to ban access to from gov't office LAN/WANs - the US runs similiar progs.
