I've been looking for forum software that draws static html pages as opposed to a dynamically drawn forum.

Is this one (or any other) available commercially?

Not yet, WebFusion.
There are several packages out there which allow for relatively easy customization from dynamic to appearing static.

Could you possibly point me to a couple? I've not found a single one that operates like this one (I know you can male some like phpbb "se friendly", but I really want one that can draw the pages into static html ;-)

There aren't any like this one. Really, not hyping. The one that I think is the best runner-up is phpbb.com.

I'm having significant problems with phpBB 2.04

2.03 worked great, but on another site, 2.04 has failed in many areas...

Session problems, login problems...you name it.

I agree, I've been using phbb (with session id's removed), but it seems to be a bit "glitchy".

I think if this software was offerred commercially, it would do wonders ;-)
