Can someone point me to a robust faq on how I can generally protect a site from underage viewing by conforming to the various tags and filter agents out out?

This is the first time I have to think about such an issue as I am working on a website for an artist with a few drawings that can be considered inappropriate for those under 18. I'd like to make a decent effort in helping parents who make an honest attempt to protect their children.

Thanks for any help! -aV-

You can look at the W3Cs PICS.

ah thank you... that's definitely a good start... is PICS the most popular technique, are there are other widely used ones?
I am surprised that there actually might be a "standard" :) -aV-
