Getting hit with invalid page requests, what should I do?

Hi everyone!

I'm getting hit with loads of invalid page requests, mainly from 2 IPs. This has been going on for at least 2 months.

Most requestes are for these 2 files:

/MSOffice/cltreq.asp
/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll

Anyone has any idea what this can be? What should I do?
