Is the a program/tool like the smartzone from CJ

Is there a program like the smartzone from CJ.com, if you have some banners with a affiliate code from different companies and you have about 600 pages, then you just have to add/delete a banner from the program/tool and the banner is then gone on all pages. That way you only have to ad that code on every pages ones and you can then change your banners on all pages within min.

Yes, most of the commercial banner rotating scripts work similar to that. You put the code that calls the banner on the page itself, then activate, deactivate, or adjust the percentage of impressions each banner is to receive from your control panel. See hotscripts for some banner scripts -several are free (I tend to prefer the perl-based ones).

Can you name some, because Im not into perl,java and other programs just html,flash, so if you have some names I could go after or what such a tool is cald.

If you are looking for paid software, then I would recommend 24/7 media, however, if your budget is less then 10k, then I would highly recommend PhpAdsNew. It is *the* best and is freeware. It has tons of features for me to tell all.
