I use a 'group mail' software application to handle subscriptions and un-subscriptions to newsletters. Due to an error I wasn't able to process subscriptions to one newsletter - instead I have ended up with 500+ emails (subscribing to a newsletter) in the inbox of MS Outlook Express :(

Does anyone know a way to export them into one document so that my group mail software can extract all 500+ senders email addresses from the one document.

For example, if I select the whole lot and hit 'forward' OE creates a single email with them all as attachements, is there a way to get hold of that email as a txt file - any extra code in the file doesn't matter because I can extract all email addresses from any single file.

Will it work if you open the files and use File and Save as? That should give you the option of saving a txt file.

YES! :)
That did it.

I selected all 500 email, hit forward, saved as draft, opened the draft, tried save as text (didn't work) so saved as .ems (or something like that), converted that file to .txt and extracted all those email addresses.

Thankyou Engine. that saved me a days work.
