Message Boards

What should one do ?

I currently have many message boards attached to my sites. They are the remote hosted type that are free.....with pop-ups. Therefore, they are not indexed by Google. Does anybody know of any remotely hosted boards that ARE indexed or a GOOD and inexpensive board to put directly on my site ?
