Unable to access WebmasterWorld.com

Am I blocked?!

OK this is embarrassing... I am unable to access WebmasterWorld.com from any browser or PC on my LAN. It was OK yesterday. I don't have a problem accessing any other website that I am aware of. I've tried changing DNS servers. Rebooted router / assigned new external IP address (I was expecting this to fix it / unblock me, but it didnt.). Cleared browser cache and cookies, tried browser privacy mode.

I am currently accessing this on my phone / mobile network, which is OK (but awkward). I can also access the site OK via a proxy.

So, it's either me or my ISP?!

What next?! Anything else I can try?

Bunch of downtime on backbone today.
There is widespread regional outages. This is related to an unannounced maintenance on some of the nationwide routing infrastructure in Cogent, Layer3, and Comcast.

I saw an announcement yesterday at the NOAA Satellite server site that there would be a routine running for 8 hours minimum today starting at 8:30 AM EDT testing infrastructure. I didn't go read the whole thing but I sort of expect to see possible issues as a result.

I can see that Comcast are reporting issues, but WebmasterWorld is still up and running.

So, it's not just me then? Although it does feel a lot like it is. I've tried several of those site check tools... Ismywebsiteupnow.com, pingdom, etc. and they all report success - even for servers that appear to be down the road from me?! Except my requests to WebmasterWorld just time out still.

For the record, the problem was widespread Net outage.
