New "free tools" link messes up logout

<rant>So it hasn't been that long since the Free Tools link was added, but after over a decade, I am soooooooooo use to the logout link being the second from the left and clicking it without really looking, I now keep clicking the control panel link. It's frustrating.</rant>

Same for me with the "login" link. Funny how we get used to these little things without ever noticing until they change.

If they had put it at the other of the list, people would be muttering and grumbling because they keep landing on unanswered posts from 2009 ("Open Posts") instead of the intended Recent Posts.

And didn't there use to be a Glossary up there somewhere?
