Is someone playing with the CSS files? Please don't be too extreme. The high contrast green to white I saw a couple minutes agos was hard on the eyes. :(
Thought I was 'bugging' there for a second(-time). Even double REFRESh did not fix it.... :)
I agree with MACK, for the menu on the Right, I' like it where it was.
With the amount of movements/clicks that my right hand does during the Day I'd prefer it to stays there as a default.
Colours, I see it changed twice so far for the quoted stuff. Not a biggie.

This just threw usability out the window, down the road, onto a bus, to the airport, only to get there for a 4 hour delayed flight.
The Forum Index (which is exactly a mile long) worked great on the right hand side because while you're using the scrollbar on the right, your link was only centimeters away.
I take it the WebmasterWorld Subcription comes with magnifying glasses for the Highlighted Posts section?
OK, maybe I need to read this forum more carefully, as I must be missing it, so I'll ask. What problem does this redesign solve?
With the forum list column width having been squeezed a bit on the left, combined with the extra spacing, the balance has gone. There really needs to be the third column in this case. If you switch the forum list back to the right, then you could stick a Pubcon vertical banner to the left to balance it.
There also need to be fewer home page entries on the first page now the spacing has increased, the page is too long.
Waiting for Active posts in the 3rd column :)
So the driveby spammers get to hit the home page? I like the idea in theory, but it won't work in practice for this reason.
For the third column, maybe show the top five threads from a single forum, rotating through a shortlist of the most active forums. Or show the top five or ten thread titles from the Supporters forum, with a subscribe link above :)
No-one's mentioned the page width yet ;) 97% seems too much, 90% would be better I think.
3rd column on mobile would suck.
You need to do something to make it read better on the big screen.
The message boards could use a little tweaking for mobile, they're almost good enough but a little fat regarding some side to side action at times.
I think it's time you implement the CSS for handheld option if you're making all these changes.
