Domain blocked by ISP

I think ISPs blocked my domain in one country. It redirects to an IP address that the ISP uses to block access to sites it blocks. (https://ispipaddress:8080/mydomain.com)

The URL cannot be accessed directly, but it can be accessed when clicked from Google results or when redirected from somewhere (such as url shortening sites).

It's a very strange problem.

Anyone have any idea about the solution?

How can I get my visitors to access my website without using a VPN or proxy?

welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com], se7enhell!

i would try to carefully examine the request and response chain (requested urls, headers sent and received, status codes, etc) for those redirects.
your solution may require an ISP change.

@se7enhell ... glad to have you at Webmasterworld!

The increase of "content filtering" (some call censorship) around the world has become more problematic in the last two years. Not saying that is what happened in your case, but it has happened to others. For that kind of redirect there is no code that can change that behavior and get users to your site.
