Submission problem

I have spent a lot of time developing my website and registered using Submit wolf. typing my URL into a search engine will find my site but I cannot find my site when I type in any of my keywords. I have added Meta tags to my site but to no benefit. Can anyone help.

Metatags have little "weight" value in "current day" algorithms, except to get the description you want in the engines that utilize the "meta description" tag....

Start with the engines that are indexing reliably right now.
Alta Vista, AllTheWeb(FAST), and Google are the three I would recommend.

Go visit each of these forums, and read every thread, inside out... You will pick up some tips... Then ask detailed questions, you will get answers.

Remember indexing time in Google is going to be approximately 60 days, AllTheWeb - 60-120 days, Alta Vista - 10-15 days.. It's not an "over night" return...
