I tried for a long time (maybe five months) to add the site [assoc.wanadoo.fr...] on yahoo.fr, and yahoo.com. It never worked. Is it because my site doesn't finish by : .fr ?

Another question : how to add my site to canada.com ? I have the same problem with them...

I don't know anything about yahoo.fr, but yahoo.com is very backed up in many categories. I tried for 18 months to have yahoo include one site. The best way to get included is to pay them $199 for Business Express -- but be sure your site is in very good shape first.

Canada.com is an Inktomi partner. If you look around the forums here, you will find lots of threads about how difficult and unpredictable Inktomi has been beginning in June. Now, with the announcement a few days ago of their "pay for spidering" program, something is changing -- but no one is certain of how it will all work out.

So, your in the same situation as a lot of us with newer sites to promote.

Cecile,

Bienvenue to Webmasterworld. I don't see any reason why canada wouldn't register a .fr website (since this would be very good stuff for their citizens in Quebec).
This link [inktomi.com...] also has European partners that you might want to submit your site to additionally.

At some point in the future you might want to consider either including some English in the <noframes> area or take the English site out of frames altogether so you can attract some English/Bilingual speakers who search for such things in the English language IMO.
