I was wondering if there was any stragies in putting a bunch of astericks in the title tag before you start your actual title? Also, I was wondering if the meta tags, "robots" and "revisit after" still have any worth with current spiders.

And my finally question, if there is someone who is spamming like crazy, is there any way to alert editors or will they ignore such notifications? Also, if there are no editors, who could i talk to? Thanks in advance

Most people have learned to ignore capitals and other gimmicks that scream "this is advertising". In the last two years, I've seen a steady decline in the effectiveness of all Caps in any words of titles. Some engines actively filter out listings with words in all capitals and most non-standard characters. The astrisk is one of those non-standards you need to stay away from on most engines.
